I love musical theater! There’s something about it that speaks to me. For today’s Music Monday, I thought I would share some of my favorite Broadway songs…
Beauty and the Beast “Home” — Ignore the crappy video, but this song is just lovely. A great addition to the Broadway show.
The Phantom of the Opera “Music of the Night” — Another stupid video, but I had to pick the original with Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford, of course!
Wicked “Defying Gravity” — Must be a live version to show!
Hairspray “You Can’t Stop the Beat” — From the Broadway cast… Check out Matthew Morrison from Glee!
Rent “Take Me or Leave Me” — I really really love Tracie Thomas in this…
Les Miserables “I Dreamed a Dream” — While Anne Hathaway is just gorgeous, I really love this version.
