Another fun pattern play. I saw this skirt and just had to create an outfit around it. But I wanted something quirky and young. I love the basic plaid shirt to give ground the skirt and inject some color. And the boots and tights just scream 1990s to me. I think the grunge of my younger days to coming back to me.
