As my Christmas outfit last week featured red and gold, I went the opposite direction for the New Year’s look: blue and silver! This dress is so detailed and striking! I let it shine on its own with the addition of minimal accessories. But I couldn’t resist some sparkle on the shoes and the some shine on the clutch.
