Today’s card is being featured on Stylin’ Stampin’ Inkspiration. The challenge was to create a card using the inspiration picture:
Immediately, I knew that I wanted to make a simple card featuring a big flower (much to my surprise!). I thought I would be drawn to the butterfly, but instead I was drawn to the red flower. I’ve been drawn to simply designed cards lately. This big flower from the Remarkable You set is perfect to feature. I added a simple sentiment and matting. But there was something missing… Rhinestones helped, but the card was still missing something. So I took a black marker and made a simple frame. Easy peasy, but it adds so much visual interest to the card!
