Today’s challenge was two-fold. I wanted to play along with CAS(E) This Sketch’s challenge and I wanted to use some of my Holiday Catalog preorder goodies.
I pulled out one of two new stamps from the Holiday Catalog and started figuring out which image to choose. I settled on the Owl Stamp from the Spooky Cat set. After stamped and fussy cutting the owl, I chose a simple sentiment (with a great font). The hardest part of this card was picking patterned paper I wanted to use. The Spooky Night DSP pack has such great patterns. I chose a more subdued pattern for my background and choose the busy words as my focal point. Such a simple card, but so cute!
